Governed Remote Support

Remote support in RubusNode is consent-based on the device side and capability-gated on the operator side, so it never becomes an unaccountable backdoor.

Consent-based session requests

Support sessions start as a request, not an unrequested takeover. Device-side consent (or a pre-approved unattended policy for dedicated devices) gates whether a session can begin at all, and either side can revoke it mid-session.

  • Consent-based session initiation and revocation
  • Capability-gated interactive control per operator role
  • Dedicated unattended-device support path for kiosk fleets

Screen capture and interactive control

Once a session is active, operators get Android screen capture and interactive control scoped to what their role permits — not blanket device access.

Session evidence for later review

Every session produces evidence: who requested it, who consented, what actions were taken, and when it ended, with abuse-prevention checks and release gating built into the session lifecycle.
