Where it stops — and where RubusNode continues
Android Enterprise assumes Google Mobile Services availability. Devices without it — Non-GMS and AOSP builds — fall outside its scope entirely, which is why RubusNode maintains a separate Device Owner / MQTT-based management path alongside it.
